Do you want to center to content for all your cells? In that case you can add HorizontalContentAlignment for ListViewItem

<ListView ...>
    <ListView.ItemContainerStyle>
        <Style TargetType="ListViewItem">
            <Setter Property="HorizontalContentAlignment" Value="Center" />
        </Style>
    </ListView.ItemContainerStyle>
    <!--...-->
</ListView>
