The OVA import failed

When I'm trying to open ova on Vmware Workstation 12 I'm receiving this popup:

The import failed because XXXXXX.ova did not pass OVF specification conformance or virtual hardware compliance checks.

Click Retry to relax OVF specification and virtual hardware compliance checks and try the import again, or click Cancel to cancel the import. If you retry the import, you might not be able to use the virtual machine in VMware Workstation.

I tried 2 different files and its the same.. I tried to reinstall workstation an still has a problem. I can upload these files on another computer..

Ideas?
