An error occurred while installing pg (0.21.0), and Bundler cannot continue

I am trying to follow this tutorial about Shopify Apps. First I try:

bundle install

But it gives me this error

But if I try:

It also gives me error:

I have read that

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

Should work, but, yes... error:

Actually this worked for me

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev ruby-dev

It required me to install two packages libpq-dev and ruby-dev
