Error occurred while installing rmagick

I'm getting following error while trying to install Redmine on Windows Server 2008 R2.

On trying to install rmagick using this gem install rmagick -v '2.13.1'

I'm getting this error...

Try this:

apt-get install libmagickwand-dev
gem install rmagick
