How can i convert a factor column that contains decimal numbers to numeric?

I have a csv file and when i use this command

SOLK<-read.table('Book1.csv',header=TRUE,sep=';')

I get this output

How can i convert the SOLK$Close column from factor to numeric?

I noticed (after you posted a better example) that you may need to do some conversion on the "Time" values as well:
