When I am trying to ping my network. I am getting a bunch of errors.

Problem binding to interface , errno: 92 socket_bindtodevice: Protocol not available.

I am using developer mode in my windows. How to fix it?

Nmap for Linux does not work in Windows Subsystem for Linux. You should install the native Windows build of Nmap from https://nmap.org/download.html#windows instead.
