There you go:

Simply add those CSS @media queries

/* ----------- iPhone 4 and 4S ----------- */

/* Portrait and Landscape */
@media only screen
  and (min-device-width: 320px)
  and (max-device-width: 480px)
  and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2) {

}

/* Portrait */
@media only screen
  and (min-device-width: 320px)
  and (max-device-width: 480px)
  and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2)
  and (orientation: portrait) {
}

/* Landscape */
@media only screen
  and (min-device-width: 320px)
  and (max-device-width: 480px)
  and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2)
  and (orientation: landscape) {

}

/* ----------- iPhone 5 and 5S ----------- */

@media only screen
  and (min-device-width: 320px)

Taken from Media Queries for Standard Devices - CSS Tricks

And if you are interested in JS query, use:

if( /iPhone/i.test(navigator.userAgent) ) {
 document.querySelector('html').classList.add('iphone');
}

Then, add the .iphone .menu {} rule to your CSS file.
