I am not iterating the LinkedList
by any means like scanner or other methods, I am using Collections.max()
to get maximum number from the LinkedList
.
I have read on Stack Overflow that this exception is thrown due to iterator or scanner or tokenizer, but I am using none of them.

/**
* Returns the maximum element of the given collection, according to the
* natural ordering of its elements. All elements in the
* collection must implement the Comparable interface.
* Furthermore, all elements in the collection must be mutually
* comparable (that is, e1.compareTo(e2) must not throw a
* ClassCastException for any elements e1 and

* This method iterates over the entire collection, hence it requires

* @param coll the collection whose maximum element is to be determined.

* @throws ClassCastException if the collection contains elements that are

* integers).
* @throws NoSuchElementException if the collection is empty. <---------------
