How to use MonkeyTalk test tool for iPhone

I am trying to test my iPhone and iPad app using testing tool. I searched for the different tools available and found MonkeyTalk. However I didn't get appropriate guidelines for how to use MonkeyTalk.

If any one has solution on this please let me know.
