header expire on javascript files not working

I can't get the expire header on JS files to work properly.. It works fine on eg CSS files!?

Could anybody tell me what Im doing wrong? :(

(can't comment yet...) I run the following settings and it works. 

ExpiresByType text/js "access plus 1 years"
ExpiresByType text/javascript "access plus 1 years"
ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 1 years"
ExpiresByType application/x-javascript "access plus 1 years"

Should work
